LOADED AGENT INC™, LAMP Lead Generation System, LAMP Mentorship Program, Saint & Pearl Estates LLC., Clear Path Remodeling or Carlos Puckerin, its subsidiaries, affiliated brands, (hereinafter referred to as “Carlos Puckerin”, “The Company” “We”, “Us” or “Our”) stand behind all of their products and your satisfaction is very important to us. Any and all purchases made from us (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.

We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific health, personal relationships, financial or other results or earn any specific amount of income or reach any particular goal from purchasing our products and/or services. The Loaded Agent Mentorship Program (LAMP) REFUND/CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY:
There are no refunds or returns on any digital products or mentorship services. The initial payment for these services is non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription or membership at any time with 15 days written notice to info@theloadedagent.com If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased, please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at 832 973 9510 during the hours of 9 AM – 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday, so we can resolve the issue. Purchase of a LAMP training module does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way. Digital Access is deemed fully delivered when the email is sent to the email address used to sign up for the services. If you do not receive the digital access link within 5 calendar days of signing your service agreement, it is incumbent upon you to email info@theloadedagent.com to inform the Company that you have not received the link. If you have not sent an email to notify the Company that you have not received the link and the email was delivered to your email address, the digital assets are deemed fully delivered.
If you have subscribed to the individual month-to-month LAMP program, to cancel your subscription please email info@theloadedagent.com or email your client success manager directly. Please be advised, that the cancellation of the monthly subscription is effective in the month in which you have canceled. There are no refunds regardless of usage of the product. All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back.
Please be advised that any and all agreements for downloadable/digital products, are NOT subject to cancellation, refund, or store credit. We do not accept any verbal modifications of these Agreements and the “no refund and no cancellation” policy stated in the Agreements is strictly adhered to. AFTER the full term of the agreement has expired, you may request to cancel the automatic renewal of the Agreement, or your Agreement will be converted into a month-to-month Agreement. Any cancellations submitted prior to the full term of the agreement will only cancel the auto renewal and your monthly invoices will still be due and owing until the full value of the agreement has been paid in full.
ALL BUILD OUT FEES AND SET UP FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE AS THEY ARE SERVICES RENDERED TO DELIVER YOUR FUNCTIONING PRODUCT.
Agreements with a 90 day opt out clause do not include a refund on the initial investment. There is NO refund on your initial payment which includes access to our digital products and resources, the website we create you, or the build-out fees for your custom CRM system. By signing the Agreement, you agree to all Terms of Use and this Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy. including that you agree to do not do a charge back for any services rendered, or for digital products that have been delivered. You also agree and acknowledge that you are paying in monthly installments on your total contract value as a payment plan, not a recurring subscription fee.
Canceling or removing the credit card on file does not cancel your subscription and violates the terms of the agreement. If at any time you have delinquent invoices past 3 days, or the account is paid delinquent for three consecutive payments, your account will be suspended, and you will still be liable for the full contract value through the term of the agreement.If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased, please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at 832 973 9510 during the hours of 9 AM – 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday, so we can resolve the issue. Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
LAMP MENTORSHIP PROGRAM & LEAD GENERATION SYSTEM: PROGRAM DELIVERY
This program consists of 3 Phases:
Phase 1: Establishing Brand Legitimacy
Phase 2: Setting Up Your Loaded Lead Gen System (LLGS)
Phase 3: Appointment Setter Assignment and Delivery of your LLGS.
Please be advised that the masterminds run approximately three times a week on a weekly schedule. The Mentor calls are recorded and may be accessed during the period in which you are enrolled and past. Access to the recorded calls terminates at the end of your program. There are no refunds for the program and no refunds or credit for any missed calls. No part of the program, including any gratis tickets, passes or invitations, are transferable to another person. It is incumbent upon the Mentee to dial in to the calls and follow the schedule. Please refer to the remaining Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy for our online community guidelines. By becoming a part of the LAMP High Level Mentorship community, you agree to abide by our online community guidelines, and you agree to all the terms and conditions of our refund policy, terms of service and privacy policy. NO SOLICITATION POLICY
We have a strict no-solicitation policy covering all of our virtual and live events, ZOOM Meetings, Membership ZOOM Calls, ZOOM “meet-ups”, Facebook Groups, Social Media Groups, Official WhatsApp Groups, virtual or live events, conferences, masterminds, trainings, summits, boot camps and expositions. In order to provide a distraction-free environment for our attendees and guests, we do not allow solicitation at any of the aforementioned events by attendees or unauthorized parties.
